What kind of a school is Immanuel
Immanuel is a relatively small elementary school with 120 to 130 students. We work with three units. In each unit there are always two teachers present. Each unit contains 30-45 students.
We are a Christian school, based on a reformed foundation.
At Immanuel we work according to the didactical concept of developmental education. We offer realistic project themes and implement them in the learning program at school. Younger students mainly learn by playing, older students gradually start doing their own research to learn about the themes.
The students work in a small scale attractive school building, where we emphasize a calm atmosphere with easy access to individual support if needed.
